What Shifted
- Before: scattered notes across Apple Notes, Notion, and paper. I never trusted any of them.
- After: one inbox note (“Fog Capture”) with a repeatable muscle memory—voice dictation + instant summarise prompt.
- Highlight: running a “capture → summarise → file” routine took <3 minutes even when I couldn’t type.
What I’m Trying Next
- Test a nightly reminder that asks “Did anything worth logging happen today?” to uncover dead spots.
- Experiment with the new Brain Fog Executive Assistant system instruction so summaries stay under 100 words automatically.
- Share the capture template with two friends in the MS Discord and gather feedback on voice accessibility.
